Swimmy

First graders listened to the book Swimmy by Leo Lionni for inspiration. They learned how to make a collage using colored tissue adhered with a watery glue. Then they used a stencil and tempera paint 

to create their school of fish.

Black paint for the eye and white paint for the bubbles were added with a pencil eraser.
